Ken has a wealth of experience gained through managing and working with businesses in all stages of their life cycle. He developed his understanding of production management, product life cycles and financial planning whilst building and directing his own companies, and has successfully used those skills to achieve success for others in a consultancy role.

Ken has extensive experience of the manufacturing sector, notably in food manufacturing. He specialises in providing help and support to businesses requiring refinancing and restructuring, and for those business seeking a step change in their future growth prospects.

In his spare time Ken enjoys mountain biking, skiing and boating.
